This exhibition is a fusion of an array of professionals who are working to make spaces for culture out of the incredibly tight constraints of our urban environments. The artists featured are Studio Wasabi (Rafael Balboa with Yasemin Sahiner, Architects, Tokyo); Atelier Bow-Wow (Timothy MacDonald & Jodie Gibson, Architects, Sydney); Taishin Shiozaki Laboratory (Tohru Horiguchi & Yoko Onishi, Architects, Osaka) and Tomito Architecture (Tomito Ito & Miho Tominaga, Architects, Yokahama). Super Tight is curated by Graham Crist and John Doyle and was developed in collaboration with RMIT Design Hub Gallery and Open House Melbourne.
